For Copy Paper:

a. We must conclude all orders by the 20th of each month for the following months shipment. (i.e. we must finalize all order booking by 20th july for (end) august shipment, and so on.

 c. We accept OEM for an extra cost. 3x20' fcl per month, cost is deferred.

d. Payment terms:

1. 100% Irrevocable transferable L/C.

OR 40% T/T down payment, we start production order, 60% balance before shipment.

3. Shipment:

 Within 30 days depending on Port, after recieving down payment.
